Cancellation policy:
• 2 weeks or more prior to your event start date: Full refund
• Cancel within 2 weeks and up to 72 hours of your event start date: 50% credit toward a future program/camp/event
• Less than 72 hours: No refunds.

We take great pride in hiring quality and caring staff and to do so, we pay them fairly for their time. This includes paying them for a lesson cancelled with less than 48 hour’s notice. Therefore, late cancel fees are used to pay the staff.
